Description:

We are seeking a Buyer/Planner who aligns with our core values: Customer Focus, Hard Work & Discipline, Teamwork, Integrity, Innovation, Excellence, Safety, and Continuous Improvement. This role supports the planning, sourcing, and shipment of materials, components, and finished goods for custom HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is a motivated problem solver with a passion for supply chain who thrives in a team-focused manufacturing environment.

Schedule:

Full Time | Monday – Friday 6 am to 3 pm

Hours may begin or extend beyond typical times.

Responsibilities

Exemplify company values: customer focus, integrity, excellence, hard work and discipline, teamwork, honor, safety, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members to develop innovative solutions
Plan raw material delivery schedules, production, and finished good shipments.
Purchase HVAC components such as fans, coils, filters, dampers, pumps, etc.
Discover and evaluate suppliers for quality, cost, and lead time.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand supply chain needs.
Help manage purchase orders, delivery timelines, and procurement records.
Navigate ERP systems and contribute to supply chain improvements.
Coordinate shipments to and from the manufacturing facility.

Required Qualifications

Hands-on mechanical aptitude
Established mathematical and scheduling abilities

Preferred Qualifications

2-5 years of experience working in manufacturing
Firm understanding of supply chain concepts
Experience in buying, planning, and shipping mechanical systems and products
Experience in the HVAC industry
