Our Mesquite, NV Sheet Division, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. This non-exempt Monday-Friday day shift position, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, requires a self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to excel in a high volume fast paced environment. The successful candidate will be a strong customer service/inside sales professional who is self-motivated, and customer oriented.

What you will do:

Provide superior customer service to all internal and external customers.
Receive and process customer orders and changes.
Communicate customer requirements and respond to customer inquiries.
Provide pricing and information on finished products.
Partner with Sales Team to address customer issues/complaints.
Assist Manufacturing to schedule production and shipments.
Research and contact potential new customers.
Enter data and orders into computer system.
Follow up on leads from potential new customers and pass information on to the Sales team.
Answer potential customers’ questions and send additional information via email.
Keep up with product and service information and updates.
Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
Upsell products and services, close sales and achieve sales targets

What we are looking for:

Minimum of 2+ years of proven customer service/sales support experience
Plastics experience preferred, but not required. Must be willing to learn.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high call/email volume setting
Strong verbal and written communications skills with attention to detail
Strong customer orientation and math skills
HS Diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications, including email and MS Office
