Most advisor seats give you a desk. This one gives you a market.

We've built more retirement-planning demand at Bauman Wealth Advisors than we can convert across Mesquite and St. George, and we're hiring one producing advisor to own both communities — run the consultations, make the recommendation, ask for the business, and become the advisor this corridor knows by name.

What you'll do

Meet pre-retirees and retirees across Mesquite and St. George who came to us through our education-led marketing, not your personal network.
Lead discovery across retirement income, investments, taxes, estate coordination, insurance, and healthcare, then present the recommendation and ask for the relationship.
Build reliable in-person coverage across both communities — the corridor is the seat, not a side territory.
Keep follow-up, CRM, documentation, and handoffs clean enough that what you close actually gets finished.

You've personally closed complex household financial decisions and can put your own name on the close — not a team's, not a brand's. You run a plan-first conversation, and you'll recommend a fixed-indexed annuity when it's right and decline it when it isn't. You want this corridor on purpose, not as a placeholder while you wait for a metro seat.

Straight talk about this seat

Two communities, two states, and a one-hour time-zone difference. Recurring corridor travel comes with the job. Our Mesquite office is current; a St. George office, your primary base, and your days in each community aren't settled — we'll work those out with you.

Who it is not for

Portfolio managers and service-only advisors who don't want conversion accountability. Product-first sellers. Anyone who needs a single-city office, remote-only work, a portable book, or no travel.

What you need

An active Series 65 or Series 66 (or a CFP, CPA, or CFA designation).
An active life insurance license.
The ability to live in or reliably serve both Mesquite and St. George in person.

If you want to be the advisor this corridor calls, bring the evidence: relationships you personally won and funded.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
