Job Summary

Elevated Workforce Management is looking for candidates to join our dynamic textile manufacturing team as a Line Assembly Technician, where your hands-on skills and attention to detail will drive the creation of high-quality fabric products. In this role, you will operate and monitor textile machinery, perform quality inspections, and ensure that production standards are consistently met. Your proactive approach and mechanical aptitude will contribute to a safe, efficient, and innovative manufacturing environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced industry dedicated to excellence in textile production.

Responsibilities

Operate textile machinery including sewing machines, screen printing equipment, and material handling tools to assemble fabric products efficiently.
Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process using measuring instruments and visual color comparison techniques to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Interpret manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical drawings, and production documents to accurately follow assembly instructions.
Handle materials with care using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other materials handling equipment while maintaining safety protocols.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and report any malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
Ensure safety standards are upheld by adhering to safety protocols, wearing appropriate PPE, and participating in safety training sessions.
Assist with packaging finished products according to specifications and prepare items for shipment while maintaining warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments with knowledge of textile machinery operation is preferred.
Familiarity with quality inspection processes, sewing machines, machining techniques, and interpreting technical drawings.
Basic math skills for measurements and data entry tasks are essential.
Mechanical knowledge related to operating textile machinery and troubleshooting mechanical issues is highly desirable.
Ability to follow safety standards in production environments and operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
Strong attention to detail with excellent visual color comparison skills for quality assurance purposes.
Experience with lean manufacturing principles, warehouse operations, or screen printing is a plus.
