We are seeking four experienced, long-term independent contractor dentists to join our growing team.

We value providers who are looking to establish a consistent schedule, build lasting relationships with patients, and become an integral part of our practices. These are permanent opportunities—we are not seeking temporary or fill-in providers.
Applicants must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week as part of their regular schedule.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
- Provide general, restorative, and emergency dental treatment.
- Independently perform second molar root canal therapy.
- Independently perform routine and surgical third molar extractions, including impacted wisdom teeth.
- Diagnose and treat emergency and walk-in patients.
- Provide comprehensive care for adult and pediatric patients.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on each patient's clinical needs.
- Clearly educate patients on treatment recommendations and answer questions with professionalism and compassion.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation.
- Work collaboratively with assistants and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional patient experiences.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining the highest standard of patient care.
- Professionally de-escalate patient concerns and complaints while protecting the reputation and integrity of the practice.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment while supporting practice goals and patient satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active Texas Dental License in good standing.
- Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in general dentistry.
- New graduates will not be considered.
- Ability to independently perform second molar endodontic treatment.
- Ability to independently perform routine and surgical impacted third molar extractions.
- Comfortable diagnosing and treating dental emergencies without routinely referring procedures that fall within the scope of an experienced general dentist.
- Applicants should be comfortable completing the vast majority of procedures within the scope of experienced general dentistry and should not routinely refer second molar endodontics, impacted third molar extractions, or other procedures they are qualified to perform.
- Strong communication, treatment planning, and patient education skills.
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment.
- Must maintain an active professional liability (malpractice) insurance policy and meet all requirements necessary to practice as an independent contractor in the State of Texas.

Schedule
We are seeking providers interested in establishing a consistent, long-term weekly schedule.
Weekend availability is required.
Applicants must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week as part of their regular schedule.
Both full-time and part-time schedules will be considered.

Pay: $148,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
