Full Job Description

Are you an organized, customer-focused professional with HVAC dispatch experience? We're looking for a highly motivated HVAC Dispatcher to join our growing team. If you're experienced with FieldEdge, ServiceTitan, parts ordering, and understand Dispatch for Profit principles, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Summary

The HVAC Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating technicians, maximizing efficiency, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing parts procurement, and helping drive profitability through strategic scheduling and dispatching.

Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently using FieldEdge and ServiceTitan.
Apply Dispatch for Profit strategies to maximize technician productivity, reduce drive time, and increase revenue.
Monitor technician progress throughout the day and make real-time schedule adjustments.
Coordinate emergency service calls and prioritize work orders.
Order HVAC parts and equipment from vendors while tracking inventory and delivery status.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding appointment times, delays, and service updates.
Support technicians with job information, equipment availability, and customer history.
Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and job notes.
Work closely with service managers to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

5+ years of HVAC dispatching experience (preferred).
Hands-on experience with FieldEdge and ServiceTitan.
Experience ordering HVAC parts and coordinating with suppliers.
Strong understanding of Dispatch for Profit concepts and scheduling best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC operations.
Ability to analyze technician performance and scheduling efficiency.
Experience handling high call volumes.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
