Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Phone Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales through effective communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and telemarketing, with a passion for technology sales and business development.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
Initiate Lead Engagement - with a consistent sequence of coordinated phone calls, emails and text messages. This high-touch campaign is designed to give your prospects multiple ways and opportunities to connect with you once they’ve received your offer.
Answer inbound calls from prospects/clients to schedule visits with wealth advisors.
Place outbound calls to prospects and clients to promote planning services and secure appointments.
Follow up consistently with prospects/clients via phone and email to maintain engagement.
Update all interactions in Salesforce CRM with accurate contact details and progress notes.
Assist with company seminars and workshops, collaborating closely with the Marketing Team.
Track weekly and monthly metrics (calls made, appointments set, appointments kept) with the Marketing Director.
Support team with administrative tasks and other projects as needed.
Work independently to meet personal business goals while contributing to team success.
Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records.
Engage in warm calling to nurture existing leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
Demonstrate negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance business development efforts.

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in B2B sales.
Sales and/or client service experience, ideally with phone-based engagement.
Strong data entry skills and familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus).
Excellent interpersonal communication skills to build trust and rapport.
Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks for a demanding team.
Hardworking, dedicated, and committed to team success.
Experience in telemarketing, technology sales, or inside sales is preferred.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to provide outstanding customer service while achieving sales goals.
Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques related to outbound calling.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple leads simultaneously.
