Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced bookkeeper who can also assist with product sales to our existing clients. The ideal candidate is a versatile professional who thrives in dynamic environments where no two days are alike. This role requires sharp organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

The primary responsibilities of this role revolve around bookkeeping-related tasks as well as assisting with quoting, ordering, and processing orders for existing clients. We have an established customer base that we work with on a regular basis. When our clients need computer-related hardware or software, we assist them by specifying, quoting, and ordering exactly what they need.

Responsibilities

Assist primary bookkeeper in processing vendor invoices, customer invoices, staff timecards, accounts receivable, as well as various monthly reports.
Audit vendor invoices.
Other bookkeeping related tasks based on abilities.
Work closely with our technical team to create accurate hardware and software quotes — no prior IT expertise required; All products to be quoted will be specified by someone else.
Order products that are approved by our clients.
Track product orders and shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Maintain accurate records for client warranties and subscriptions in our ERP system.
Generate monthly product sales reports.
Generate monthly commission reports from companies paying Netsphere commissions.
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction.
Other tasks as requested by management.

Experience

2+ years experience in a bookkeeping role.
Quick learner (training provided) of various technical specifications of the computer hardware and software products to increase independence when quoting products.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong Excel skills are important.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
