Job Description

Represent developers, investors, lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, and business owners in complex commercial real estate transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, financing agreements, and development-related contracts.
Structure and negotiate commercial lending, acquisition, construction, bridge, and permanent financing transactions.
Conduct due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, land use, and regulatory reviews.
Manage commercial real estate transactions from initial negotiations through closing and post-closing matters.
Advise clients on permitting, development, title, land use, and related commercial real estate issues.
Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, finance, tax, and other practice groups on multidisciplinary transactions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active New Jersey Bar admission required.
4+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, commercial lending, and financing transactions.
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple sophisticated transactions.
Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
New York Bar admission is a plus.
Experience with zoning, land use, title, due diligence, and development matters is preferred.
