JIM BUTLER CENTRALIA LLC is a small family owned business in Centralia, MO. We are one of the fastest growing dealerships in MID Missouri. We are currently looking for quality individuals seeking an extremely lucrative career in the car industry. We sell New Chevrolet, CDJR and Preowned vehicles. Our brand new State of the art Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge and Ram dealership will be opening May 1st, 2024 at the same location as our Chevrolet Franchise. We currently have (820) New and Pre-owned vehicles available at our location with access to thousands within our network.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.

Duties:

- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and acquire new customers

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services

- Provide technical expertise and support to customers regarding our products

- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements

- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or technology-related field

- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- Fluent in Spanish is a plus

- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals

- Strong customer service orientation

- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
