Full Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic, organized, bilingual Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to help build a law firm. This firm is launching in January 2017. This role is responsible for developing community relationships, expanding our referral network, managing marketing initiatives, organizing client databases, and helping execute our statewide growth strategy. Most importantly bringing in clients. This is a temporary 6 months role. That may lead to a permanent position in January.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, managing projects, and creating systems that help a business grow.

Responsibilities

Community Outreach

* Visit physicians, chiropractors, orthopedic clinics, imaging centers, physical therapy offices, and other medical providers throughout Florida.* Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners.* Represent the firm at networking events, health fairs, festivals, and community functions.* Identify new outreach opportunities within Florida’s Hispanic communities.

Medical Provider Network

* Build and maintain a statewide database of: * Orthopedic physicians * Chiropractors * Pain management specialists * MRI facilities * Neurologists * Physical therapy providers * Spanish-speaking providers * PIP providers * Medical record contacts * Billing contacts

County Expansion Research

Develop expansion plans for targeted Florida counties by researching:

* Population demographics* Hispanic population* Local competitors* SEO opportunities* Billboard opportunities and pricing* Community sponsorships* Local events* Referral opportunities

Digital Marketing

Coordinate:

* Google Business Profile updates* Social media calendars* Content scheduling* Community event promotion* Video production coordination* Online reviews* Email marketing campaigns

CRM & Client Experience

Maintain our client relationship database, including:

Contacting prior clients to include them in our database.

* Birthdays* Accident anniversaries* Referral sources* Preferred language* Follow-up reminders* Holiday campaigns* Referral campaigns

Business Development

Create and maintain databases for:

* Medical providers* Referral partners* Community organizations* Local businesses* Schools* Churches* Sports leagues* Insurance professionals

Reporting

Provide monthly reports tracking:

* New referral partners* Provider visits* Marketing ROI* Cost per lead* Cost per signed client* SEO rankings* Social media growth* Community events attended* Referral conversions

Qualifications

* Fluent in English and Spanish* Strong communication and relationship-building skills* Highly organized and detail-oriented* Comfortable attending community events and networking* Experience with CRM software* Familiarity with social media marketing* Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Florida

Success Looks Like

Within the first year, this coordinator will help establish:

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
