Responsibilities

Assist in supervising daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards
Lead food preparation and cooking activities, maintaining consistency and quality across all menu items
Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, controlling waste, and minimizing food costs
Support menu planning and development in collaboration with the culinary team to keep offerings innovative and appealing
Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure timely service during busy periods
Maintain strict compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures to ensure guest safety
Coordinate with the dietary department for special dietary needs and accommodate dietary restrictions seamlessly
