Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a meticulous, self-motivated, and structured Accounting Manager to direct our financial functions. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional capable of balancing routine administrative duties with comprehensive corporate financial reporting. We require someone deeply committed to accuracy, operational efficiency, and strict adherence to U.S. GAAP standards. Primary Responsibilities:

Direct daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, oversee billing accuracy, manage document control, and streamline administrative workflows.
Conduct thorough reconciliations of bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts to guarantee complete data precision.
Track and evaluate accounting records to generate exact financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Analyze financial trends and deliver strategic, data-backed insights to senior leadership to guide company growth.
Build, track, and refine organizational budgets, financial models, and long-term forecasts.
Enforce robust internal controls to protect organizational assets, maintain data integrity under U.S. GAAP, and ensure full alignment with tax regulations.

Key Qualifications & Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
5+ years of demonstrated success in financial management or accounting roles.
Experience maintaining general ledgers and performing complex account reconciliations.
End-to-end expertise in managing AP/AR lifecycles, month-end/year-end closes, and financial statement preparation.
Strong command of QuickBooks Online and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Extensive experience overseeing corporate administrative procedures and documentation standards.
Thorough working knowledge and practical execution of U.S. GAAP standards.
Exceptional organizational abilities with strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
Forward-thinking problem solver who operates with complete discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Full professional fluency in English.
