About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Social Media Associate to help manage and grow a portfolio of professional modeling and creator accounts across multiple social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, audience engagement, and content strategy, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

You will play a key role in maintaining an active online presence, increasing audience growth, fostering community engagement, and helping scale personal brands through consistent communication and strategic content management.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day activity across multiple social media accounts.
Engage with followers through direct messages and comments in a professional and authentic manner.
Build and maintain meaningful audience relationships to maximize engagement and retention.
Assist in executing growth strategies to increase followers, reach, and overall account performance.
Schedule and publish content according to established content calendars.
Monitor platform trends and recommend new strategies to improve performance.
Track engagement metrics, audience growth, and campaign performance.
Collaborate with the management team to ensure each brand maintains a consistent voice and image.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while representing clients online.
Adapt quickly to platform updates, trends, and changing social media algorithms.

Qualifications

Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat, and similar platforms.
Ability to multitask and manage several accounts simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in customer engagement, sales, marketing, hospitality, or social media management is a plus.
Basic understanding of analytics and social media growth strategies is preferred.
