Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Training Manager to join our team. T his associate drives excellence through the development of training content, structured onboarding experiences, and scalable learning systems that empower the broader team.
Design, develop, and maintain engaging training materials including e-learning modules, instructor-led training guides, job aids, SOPs, videos, and reference documents.
Develop and track key training metrics (e.g., completion rates, assessment scores, time-to-competency) and report results to leadership.
Develop and continuously improve a structured onboarding curriculum that covers company processes, systems, policies, and role-specific expectations.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
Experience in e.g., title & escrow, real estate technology, SaaS, or financial services .
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.
