Our facility primarily focuses on baseball training and development while also offering strength training, physical fitness, and performance services. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for sports, baseball, strength training, fitness, health, and wellness.
This is not simply a front desk position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the facility, build relationships with our members and families, support membership growth, and help ensure the business operates smoothly each day.

- Help maintain a positive, energetic, and professional environment.
- Take ownership of the facility and its overall member experience.
Membership Sales
- Speak with prospective members about our facility, services, membership options, pricing, and available programs.
- Provide facility tours and explain the benefits of our baseball training and performance offerings.
- Respond to new membership inquiries by phone, email, text message, and in person.
- Follow up with prospective members and help convert inquiries into memberships.
- Recommend the membership or training package that best fits each individual or family.
- Upsell members into upgraded packages when appropriate.
- Cross-sell additional training programs, services, facility rentals, events, clinics, and other offerings.
- Assist with membership renewals and member retention.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, memberships, and sales activity.
- Work toward individual and facility-wide membership and revenue goals.
Member and Customer Service
- Welcome athletes, members, parents, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.

- Build strong relationships with members, athletes, and families.
- Answer questions regarding memberships, pricing, scheduling, billing, and facility policies.

- Maintain organization at the front desk and throughout the facility.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in baseball, sports, strength training, physical fitness, health, or wellness.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with members and prospective customers.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time.
- Dependable, punctual, professional, and accountable.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable discussing pricing, memberships, and service options.
- Willing and able to learn the Mindbody membership management platform.
- Able to adapt as the facility continues to grow and expand.
Preferred Experience

- Experience working in a baseball facility, gym, fitness studio, sports facility, training center, or wellness business is a plus.
- Experience with Mindbody or another membership management platform is a plus.
- Previous experience supervising employees or managing daily facility operations is a plus.
We are willing to train the right person. While previous sales and management experience are valuable, they are not required for a candidate who demonstrates the right attitude, work ethic, communication skills, passion for sports and fitness, and willingness to learn.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being around athletes, families, coaches, and fitness-minded individuals. You should be comfortable switching between sales, customer service, administrative work, and facility operations throughout the day.
