Overview
We are seeking a strategic, data driven, and AI forward Marketing Director to lead our marketing department and drive measurable business growth through high performing lead generation, brand development, creative strategy, and multi channel campaign execution.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in performance marketing, lead generation, team leadership, creative strategy, analytics, marketing operations, and AI powered workflows. This role requires someone who can combine strategic thinking, creative direction, operational discipline, and data analysis to improve marketing performance and support company growth.
This position will work closely with executive leadership, sales, intake, operations, creative teams, web teams, and external partners to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals, revenue targets, lead quality, and customer acquisition priorities.
The ideal candidate should not only know how to run campaigns, but also how to build systems, improve workflows, lead teams, analyze performance, and use AI to make the department faster, smarter, and more efficient.
Responsibilities
- Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies focused on brand growth, qualified lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue performance.
- Lead and manage multi channel marketing campaigns across paid social, paid search, organic social media, email marketing, SMS, SEO, landing pages, video content, and other digital channels.
- Manage performance marketing initiatives across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, X Ads and Snapchat Ads, and other relevant advertising channels.
- Build, optimize, and scale lead generation funnels, including landing pages, forms, CRM logic, automation workflows, follow up systems, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Collaborate closely with sales, intake, and operations teams to improve lead quality, response speed, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes.
- Analyze campaign performance, KPIs, ROI, CPL, CPA, cost per signed customer/client, conversion rates, lead quality, and other key business metrics to make data driven decisions.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring cost effective allocation of resources across campaigns, platforms, creative production, technology, and vendors.
- Lead creative strategy for campaigns, including ad concepts, hooks, messaging, offers, video direction, copywriting angles, and direct response marketing ideas.
- Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials, digital assets, websites, social media channels, ads, and customer facing communication.
- Implement AI powered tools and workflows to improve productivity, research, content development, reporting, campaign optimization, automation, and team efficiency.
- Use marketing automation, AI tools, dashboards, workflow systems, and internal processes to improve team execution and performance visibility.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, audience research, and trend monitoring to identify new growth opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, including specialists in advertising, content, design, video, social media, web, automation, and analytics.
- Create clear processes, SOPs, reporting structures, task management systems, and accountability frameworks to improve execution across the department.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, vendors, media partners, and technology providers when needed.
- Present marketing performance, insights, challenges, recommendations, and strategic plans to executive leadership.
- Stay current with changes in AI, digital advertising, consumer behavior, marketing technology, platform policies, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar role.
- 2+ years of experience leading marketing teams, creative teams, media buying teams, or cross functional growth teams.Bilingual English / Spanish required.
- Proven experience developing and managing lead generation campaigns with measurable business results.
- Strong understanding of paid advertising, creative testing, funnel optimization, landing pages, and conversion strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review campaign performance, identify issues, and make data driven decisions.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend based on CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROI, or other business performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of how marketing connects with sales, intake, operations, and customer acquisition.
- Ability to lead creative strategy, including ad concepts, hooks, messaging, offers, video direction, and direct response campaigns.
- Strong project management, communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to build processes, workflows, SOPs, dashboards, and accountability systems for a marketing team.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity, research, creative development, reporting, automation, and internal systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Equivalent hands on experience in marketing leadership, performance marketing, lead generation, AI workflows, or marketing operations will be strongly considered.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using Monday.com, project management tools, dashboards, automation platforms, or internal workflow systems.
- Strong understanding of how to use AI tools to build marketing systems, improve team productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and support decision making.
- General understanding of AI agents, automation workflows, prompt engineering, and how AI can be applied to marketing operations.
- Experience creating or improving systems for campaign tracking, creative production, reporting, task management, and team accountability.
- Ability to work with technical, web, automation, or operations teams to translate marketing needs into functional systems.
- Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Make, Zapier, Lovable, Airtable,
- Notion, Monday.com, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Experience building dashboards, scorecards, SOPs, and reporting structures for marketing teams.
- Understanding of CRM logic, lead tracking, pipeline visibility, and conversion attribution, even if not tied to a specific CRM platform.
- Experience with email marketing, SMS marketing, WhatsApp automation, retargeting, lifecycle marketing, or lead nurturing systems.
- Strong copywriting and content strategy skills, especially for direct response ads and lead generation campaigns.
- Experience managing creative production pipelines for video, social media, ads, and web assets.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, local marketing, reputation management, and content distribution.
- Data driven mindset with the ability to balance creativity, analytics, speed, and business impact.

- Experience using AI, automation, data, and modern marketing technology to improve execution speed, campaign quality, and operational efficiency.
- Experience managing budgets, measuring performance, identifying underperforming areas, and making strategic adjustments based on data.
