Fusion Wellness & Performance is a growing wellness, performance, recovery, and aesthetics clinic in Fort Lauderdale.
We are looking for a highly driven Clinic Operations & Sales Director to take ownership of the day-to-day business operations of the clinic and the entire lead-to-revenue process.
This is a leadership and ownership-minded position, not a traditional 9-to-5 administrative role.
Our ideal candidate is the person who makes sure things get done — leads are followed up with, patients receive an exceptional experience, the team knows what needs to happen, events are properly executed, revenue opportunities aren’t missed, and ownership does not need to be involved in every operational detail.
What You Will Own
Sales & Revenue
- Own the entire lead-to-revenue pipeline
- Ensure new leads receive extremely fast follow-up
- Oversee calls, texts, consultations, follow-ups, and conversions
- Personally step in to communicate with and close prospective patients when necessary
- Ensure every lead and patient opportunity is properly tracked in the CRM
- Re-engage old leads and existing patients
- Track lead volume, booking rates, show rates, conversions, revenue, and lost opportunities
- Identify appropriate opportunities for memberships, packages, treatment plans, and additional services
- Produce weekly sales and revenue reports
- Continuously improve the clinic’s sales process
Clinic Operations
- Take ownership of the day-to-day non-clinical operations of the clinic
- Make sure the clinic is organized, prepared, and operating at a high standard
- Oversee front-office and patient coordination team members
- Establish clear accountability and follow-through
- Identify operational problems and resolve them before they require owner involvement
- Ensure staff understand current services, promotions, pricing, and clinic priorities
- Help maintain SOPs, checklists, workflows, and accountability systems
- Coordinate across clinical, sales, front-office, marketing, and leadership teams
- Make sure important tasks and patient issues do not fall through the cracks
Patient Experience
From the first inquiry through treatment and follow-up, you will help ensure every patient receives a high-touch experience.
You will monitor the patient journey and make sure:
- Leads receive prompt responses
- Patients know what to expect
- Appointments and follow-ups are properly coordinated
- Questions and concerns are addressed
- Patients don’t get forgotten after their visit
- Opportunities for continued care are appropriately followed up on
- Problems are escalated and resolved quickly
Events & Community Presence
Events are an important part of Fusion’s growth strategy.
This position will:
- Attend Fusion events, including select evening and weekend events
- Help oversee event preparation and execution
- Ensure staff are prepared and responsibilities are assigned
- Engage with prospective patients and community partners
- Capture and properly follow up with event leads
- Help turn events into measurable business opportunities
This Is a Dedicated Leadership Role
We want to be very transparent about the expectations of this position.
This is a full-time salaried leadership role for someone who takes ownership of the clinic’s success.
While the majority of work occurs during regular clinic hours, our business includes events, patient communication, and occasional operational needs outside traditional Monday–Friday hours.
The right candidate understands that leadership sometimes means being available when the business needs you.
You may occasionally need to:
- Attend evening or weekend events
- Respond to time-sensitive operational or patient matters
- Ensure an issue is resolved even when it occurs outside standard business hours
- Adjust your schedule around important clinic initiatives or events
We are looking for someone who wants this level of responsibility and enjoys being an integral part of building a growing company.
Who We’re Looking For
You are likely a strong fit if you:
- Have experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, concierge medicine, med spa, fitness, hospitality, or another high-touch service business
- Have strong sales and operational leadership experience
- Are comfortable managing and holding people accountable
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented
- Are confident speaking with patients and closing sales
- Understand CRM and lead management
- Move quickly and follow through
- Can manage multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed
- Are comfortable making decisions and solving problems
- Don’t wait for ownership to notice something before addressing it
- Understand numbers and can use KPIs to improve performance
- Are willing to be hands-on when necessary
- Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where things move quickly
What Success Looks Like

- Patient follow-up is organized
- Weekly revenue and conversion reporting is established
- Staff responsibilities and accountability are clear
- Events have an organized execution and follow-up process
- Operational issues are being solved without constant owner involvement
- Ownership can increasingly focus on strategy and growth instead of daily clinic management

Performance incentives will be tied to measurable sales and clinic revenue goals.
