Junior PDM Analyst

A growing beauty and fragrance company in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Junior PDM Analyst to support product data management, logistics specifications, item setup, and supply chain-related reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who enjoys working with product data, packaging specifications, logistics information, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
The Junior PDM Analyst will assist with maintaining accurate product and logistics data across finished goods and gift sets. Responsibilities include:
- Creating and maintaining master logistics specification sheets for finished goods and gift sets
- Maintaining logistics specifications and part numbers in GS1
- Defining pallet configurations for finished goods and gift sets
- Supporting implementation and use of Cape reporting software
- Reviewing and approving shipper labels for finished goods and gift sets
- Assisting with cost analysis
- Creating and activating items in internal systems
- Supporting special projects as assigned
Qualifications

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with product data, logistics, supply chain, packaging, manufacturing, or inventory-related processes is a plus
Experience or familiarity with the following is helpful:
- Demand planning and inventory performance metrics, including turns, cost of goods, and margin contribution
- Supply chain process flow, including information flow through supply and demand planning
- Root cause analysis and lean manufacturing principles
Work Environment
This role operates primarily in a professional office environment. The position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
