We are looking to hire a dedicated Library Clerk to join our team. The Library Clerk will support our Quality Control department.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Determine all manufacturers’ instructions for continued airworthiness are current and available to maintenance and the inspection personnel

Purchase new technical data and create requisition with Purchasing
-
Ensure proper documentation for payment of technical documentation
-
Maintain and update contact information from all OEMs technical services
-
Set up our internal system with the new capabilities
-
Coordinate the capabilities closing process with all departments involved
-
Responsible for weekly and monthly documentation audit of all components part numbers to assure repair is done with the latest documentation revision
-
Ensure all new capabilities documentation are filed and to keep all the shops up to date with require documentation
-
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Competencies/Qualifications:

Proficient computer skills including Outlook, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics

Organizational skills, prioritize and organize assignments
-
Minimum qualifications: HS diploma or GED

Detail oriented, multiple tasking, flexible, and positive attitude
