We are not handing agents a headset and hoping for the best. We bring you a steady flow of leads (200–400 per day), proven scripts and objection-handling guides, hands-on training, live call support from our Training Officers (TOs), deep carrier knowledge, and a sales process that actually works. If you are serious, coachable, and willing to put in the work — we will not let you fail. We give every agent every ounce of support we have to make sure they learn, grow, and succeed.

Join our team as an In-Office Health Insurance Agent at our Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312 location and unlock the opportunity to help clients find the coverage that actually fits their life. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in a sales-driven environment, possess excellent communication skills, and are eager to make a meaningful impact in people's lives. As an agent, you'll work a combination of inbound and outbound calls, educate prospects on Limited med, and Group health options, and guide them through the enrollment process with confidence and professionalism — with a full team and Training Officers by your side every day.

Responsibilities

Develop and nurture client relationships:

Build genuine relationships with clients by understanding their health coverage needs, budget, and family situation — then delivering solutions that actually make sense for their life
Take the time to understand what matters most to each client and make sure every recommendation is tailored specifically to their situation

Present comprehensive Health Insurance Plans:

Walk clients through Group Health and Limited Med options from our contracted carriers, clearly explain plan benefits and differences, and help them confidently choose the coverage that best protects them and their family
Present solutions in a way that's easy to understand and guide clients to a decision they feel great about

Analyze client data and coverage gaps:

Review each client's existing coverage to identify gaps, overpayments, or outdated plans — then position them into better, more cost-effective solutions
Identify opportunities to improve a client's current coverage or lower their costs based on their individual situation

Requirements

License Required Before You Start (2-40 Minimum or a 2-15)

Agents must be licensed before beginning production. If you're not yet licensed, we'll help guide you through the process — the Xcel pre-licensing course, state exam, fingerprinting/background check, and state application are the agent's responsibility to complete and pay for. Most agents get fully licensed in a period 7 days, and we'll help make sure you're on the right track.

Zero Sales Experience Required — We Train You.

Once licensed, we train you from the ground up: proven scripts, objection handling, and effective communication — with a Training Officer live on calls with you for guidance.
Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs and match them to the right plan.
Ability to work independently or team setting in an office environment while maintaining high levels of motivation and organization.

Already hold an active 2-40 (or 2-15) health license? Even better — you can skip the wait and move straight into training. Not a requirement, just a bonus that helps you hit the ground running.

Already speak another language? You are already ahead. If you speak more than one language — especially Spanish — you have an instant advantage in connecting with a much wider range of clients.
