Overview:

IST Management is seeking a Law Firm - Copy/Print Office Services Associate to join the Miami team! The Law Firm - Copy/Print Office Services Associate is responsible for assisting with and providing corporate mail, copy/print, and other administrative support services on-site in a highly professional legal environment. Ideal candidates have superb customer service and communication skills, are detail oriented and punctual, have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, possess prior related copy/print office services experience, and are ready to grow in their professional office services and facilities management career! Prior experience in a legal environment and in copy/print related services is required.

Hourly Compensation: $26.00-26.00 USD

Schedule: Monday -Friday, 9:00AM-6:00PM

Parking is provided on-site

Responsibilities:

The Law Firm - Copy/Print Office Services Associate will be responsible for providing superior customer service in a team setting within a highly professional legal working environment, responsibilities additionally includes:

Mailroom services- process, scan, sort, and delivery of parcels and packages throughout firm to appropriate client personnel; shipping and receiving, vendor relations; preparing labels, and mail/packages for outbound mail services
Copy/print services- duplication and print projects upon client request, utilization of various copiers and printers, modification of files, filing away documents with sensitivity to confidentiality; maintain equipment, replenish supplies as needed
Ordering supplies
Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
Adhere to all safety procedures; Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED); Pre-employment drug screening is required
Litigation Copying/scanning/mailing, copier equipment experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and familiarity with computer basics is preferred.
Ability to communicate well both verbally and written with customers and other employees
Must have attention to detail, punctuality and ability to critically think through and resolve problems; Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service in a highly professional working environment
A valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation to and from work
Lifting up to 55 pounds as needed, standing for long periods of time, significant walking; Willingness to cross-train for other job functions
