Full Job Description

CNC Programmer – Manufacturing / Woodworking / Machining

Miami, FL
$30–$40 per hour (DOE)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are hiring a CNC Programmer for a growing manufacturing operation in Miami.

The ideal candidate has experience creating CNC programs, machining files, shop drawings, nesting layouts, or production-ready files in either woodworking, cabinetry, millwork, metal machining, or manufacturing environments.

Experience with Mozaik is highly preferred, but we are open to candidates with strong CNC programming experience using other CAM or manufacturing software who can transition into cabinetry and woodworking production.

This is a hands-on production role, not a design-only position.

Responsibilities

Create CNC programs and production-ready machining files
Generate shop drawings, cut lists, and nesting layouts
Optimize CNC programs for production efficiency and material usage
Support production and manufacturing operations
Troubleshoot CNC programming and machining issues
Collaborate with production, engineering, and shop teams
Maintain organized CNC files and documentation
Assist with workflow improvements and production efficiency

Requirements

2+ years of CNC programming experience in manufacturing, machining, cabinetry, millwork, woodworking, or related industries
Experience with CNC programming software such as:
Mozaik
Cabinet Vision
Alphacam
Mastercam
Microvellum
WoodWOP
Fusion 360
AutoCAD or similar
Understanding of CNC machining processes and production workflows
Ability to read technical drawings and production files
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment

Preferred Experience

CNC router programming experience
Experience with Biesse, Homag, Weeke, Haas, or similar CNC machines
Cabinetry, woodworking, millwork, or custom manufacturing background
Nesting and material optimization experience
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Compensation & Benefits

$30–$40/hr based on experience
