Job Description
We are hiring rope access painters / laborers for large, active projects.
This is hands-on field work performing surface preparation and painting at height. The job is run with clear roles, a defined work sequence, and on-site leadership.
If you are comfortable working at height, can follow directions, and want a well-organized project with clear expectations, this is a good fit.
Responsibilities
- Rope access surface prep and painting
- Follow assigned work sequence and instructions
- Work under a Lead Technician and Site Coordinator
- Maintain safe and professional jobsite conduct
- Use tools and materials as directed
How This Job Is Structured
- One Lead Technician directs methods, sequence, quality, and safety
- One Site Coordinator handles logistics, access, and attendance
- Painters/laborers execute assigned work — no planning or supervision responsibilities
Requirements
- Comfortable working at height
- Rope access experience preferred (SPRAT/IRATA)
- Construction or painting experience helpful
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to commit to a minimum 3-week project phase
- Willingness to follow direction and site procedures
Pay & Logistics
- Flat hourly pay
- Overtime, only if approved in advance
- Housing available for out-of-town workers.
- Travel Paid
