Full Job Description

Elite Guard Security & Patrol located is located in Sunny Isles Beach, specializing in providing uniformed unarmed security services to a diverse clientele. Our services cover a wide range of properties including construction sites, restaurants, shopping centers, airports, and other commercial establishments, with a particular focus on condominium associations and homeowner associations.

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and creative Entry-Level Social Marketing Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Tik Tok and X (formerly Twitter). This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the security industry.

Key Responsibilities

· Content Creation and Management

o Develop, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, video) for LinkedIn, Instagram, Tik Tok and X.

o Ensure content aligns with the culture, brand, voice and image.

o Schedule posts (during high peek attention) to ensure consistent online presence.

· Audience Engagement

o Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner across all social media platforms. Particular focus should be placed on the merits of “Google Reviews”. Investigate the claims, and use all available data to provide an acceptable response to the review.

o Foster relationships with the online community and key influencers.

· Analytics and Reporting

o Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion metrics (i.e. Valid prospective appointments with actual decision makers, e.g. Board Members, Developer, Property Management).

o Prepare monthly reports on social media performance and provide insights for improvement.

· Campaign Development

o Plan and execute social media campaigns tailored to the private security industry, with an emphasis on our niche service provisions.

o Collaborate with the Operations Manager’s of Sunny Isles and Broward to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.

· Brand Monitoring

o Monitor and report on industry trends and competitor activities. Inspect and analyze the social media pages of competitors in the security industry.

o Protect and enhance the company's online reputation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing or a related field, with a strong focus on social media management.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track performance metrics.
Experience with advertising on various social media platforms is preferred.
Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
Familiarity with video editing software is required.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, Kinemaster, or Splice is highly preferred.
Knowledge of Youtube, Anchor, Spotify, Apple Podcast, Rumble and Soundcloud is required.
Ability to conduct thorough research and apply findings creatively within campaigns.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and continuously improving social media strategies.
