Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Reservationist to join our team in Miami. The ideal candidate has at least 1–2 years of experience in restaurant reservations and is proficient in using reservation systems such as SevenRooms and OpenTable. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service from the very first interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all incoming reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
Accurately maintain guest records, preferences, and notes in our reservation system
Coordinate with the floor and management teams to optimize table assignments and guest flow
Confirm, update, and follow up on bookings and special requests
Ensure high-level, professional communication with guests and internal teams
Support member services and event inquiries when needed

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in a reservations or front desk role, preferably in upscale or fine dining environments
Hands-on experience with SevenRooms and/or OpenTable is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
