Experienced Salon Manager (Full-Time, On-Site)

Experienced salon Receptionist / Front Desk Lead and managers with a background in Luxury Hair Salon, Private Member Club, or Hotel Front Desk are encouraged to apply.

We are seeking a polished, highly organized individual with an upbeat personality to lead our front desk team in a fast-paced, high-demand salon environment. This role is critical to the daily flow of the salon and requires strong judgment, efficiency, and professionalism.

Valery Joseph Salon is a luxury hair brand with locations in New York City, Miami's Design District, and Bridgehampton. Founded on Madison Avenue in 2002, we are known for exceptional cuts, healthy hair expertise, and a highly personalized client experience. Our clientele is discerning and expects a seamless, elevated standard at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth flow between stylists, assistants, and front desk
Lead and support the front desk team, setting the tone for service standards
Greet and manage clients with a high level of service and awareness
Handle phones, emails, and appointment scheduling
Coordinate stylist schedules and manage last-minute changes
Process payments and maintain front desk organization

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $75,000–$90,000 per year
