About the Role

We're looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial recent or upcoming graduate who wants to help build and scale what could become the “Super App” for housing and tourism.

Think Uber. Think Airbnb. But starting in housing and expanding into everyday services, experiences, and travel.

You'll help us blitz-scale the ResidentConcierge Service (our “Multifamily Housing” platform), starting in South Florida and expanding across the United States, working directly in the field with residents, staff, and our internal team to launch, refine, and scale a service model nationwide.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground level of a platform that is expanding from a core product (iResident Services App) into a full ecosystem and into new markets through CareConcierge (our travel and business platform).

The Opportunity

GHP is solving a two-sided marketplace problem: the more employers who post jobs on ResidentConcierge, the more residents download and engage with the app — and the more residents actively job-seeking, the more employers want in. This role owns the employer side of that equation.

You will be the face of ResidentConcierge to employers, CareerSource workforce boards, and job fair audiences across South Florida — building the employer pipeline that fuels resident placements, HA rent-revenue growth, and the credibility of the platform as a real hiring channel, not just another job board.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as GHP's primary point of contact with CareerSource Palm Beach County, CareerSource Broward, and CareerSource South Florida — building formal Community Partner / referral relationships and representing GHP at Business Services meetings and events
Recruit employers onto the ResidentConcierge Employer Portal, from initial outreach through onboarding on the free Basic tier and, where appropriate, upgrade conversations to Premium (background checks, drug testing, video training & certification add-ons)
Represent GHP at job fairs and community hiring events across Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade counties — staffing booths, distributing materials, and collecting employer leads on-site
Manage the “hand us your card” employer intake pipeline — following up on leads collected at events and ensuring jobs get posted promptly and accurately
Build and maintain the second-chance employer network, identifying and onboarding businesses willing to hire residents with employment barriers
Track and report on employer pipeline metrics: sign-ups by tier, job postings, placements, and time-to-fill, feeding directly into GHP's IBR revenue reporting to Housing Authorities
Identify and respond to emerging local labor-market shifts (such as sector-specific hiring gaps) that create timely opportunities for resident placement, coordinating with GHP leadership on outreach strategy
Collaborate with Marketing on employer-facing materials (brochures, landing pages, one-pagers) and ensure field messaging stays current with platform pricing and features

Qualifications

Required

Recent or upcoming college graduate, or equivalent hands-on hustle and drive — we're hiring for mindset over credentials, not a specific years-of-experience bar
Comfortable working a field-heavy schedule: job fairs, employer site visits, and community events, often outside a standard office setting
A natural communicator who can build rapport quickly with both government/nonprofit counterparts (CareerSource) and private-sector employers
Operator mindset — ready to do the hands-on work of booth setup, lead follow-up, and account onboarding from day one, with direct mentorship from leadership
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regional travel across South Florida
Self-starter who can figure things out in real time without a lot of structure or hand-holding

Preferred (nice to have — we'll train)

Existing relationships with South Florida CareerSource boards, HR/hiring managers in hospitality or healthcare, or local workforce development organizations
Coursework, internship, or campus organization experience in business, marketing, public administration, or a related field
Experience with CRM or applicant-tracking tools
Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Haitian Creole) a strong plus given GHP's South Florida resident population
Familiarity with SNAP Employment & Training (E&T), WIOA, or other public workforce program structures

Why this role matters

This position sits at the center of GHP's Workforce Development strategy — the engine behind ResidentConcierge's IBR revenue model, which generates roughly $400/month in additional rent revenue for each Housing Authority per resident placed in employment. You'll report directly to Matt Gilson, Founder & President — currently serving as Acting Resident Services Director — for hands-on mentorship while this function scales.
