BODYWELLE is a high-end, boutique Luxury Med Spa located in Miami Beach, specializing in advanced aesthetics, regenerative wellness, and exceptional patient care. We are seeking a polished and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team.
What You Will Do
- Provide client consultations, develop personalized treatment plans and skillfully perform treatments tailored to each patient's needs and objectives
- Educate patients on all treatment processes, including pre and post treatment care instructions
- Acknowledge and respond to relevant patient queries, needs and expectations
- Apply best practices and stay up to date with market trends and techniques for treatment
- For mid-level providers and above (NP, PA), provide in clinic GFE (good faith exam) support when needed, as licensure permits
- Ensure patient safety at all times
- Suggest and promote retail products and additional services offered at the company
- Clean and maintain equipment and inventory of products
- Follow established treatment protocols
- Keep track of and update patient charts; take before and after photos
- Generate and maintain a patient base
- Attend trainings and meetings
- Assist with other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring: Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Active Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA) license required to practice in the state of employment
- 3+ years of experience desired
- Experience in a clinic setting preferred
- Laser experience preferred
- Existing clientele is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively with patients, peers and managers
- Ability to multi-task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
- Proficient with email
- Social media experience is a plus
- Availability to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities – Patient Care & Consultation
· Perform advanced injectable treatments including Botox, PRP, dermal fillers and biostimulators
· Perform energy-based treatments like Morpheus 8, IPL, Clear and Brilliant, Laser Hair Removal
· Draw blood, provide IV therapy, vitamin injections, and wellness services.
Perform microneedling with PRP, exosomes
· Conduct thorough aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans
· Educate patients on procedures, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care
· Conduct comprehensive consultations, including lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness assessments
· Order, interpret, and explain diagnostic and functional tests (hormonal, nutritional, metabolic, etc.)
· Create personalized treatment plans incorporating regenerative and functional therapies
· Provide guidance on nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle interventions for anti-aging and vitality
· Maintain accurate medical documentation, uphold all medical and safety protocols
· Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
· Collaborate closely with Dr. Martin and the clinical team
· Provide a polished, professional, and warm patient experience
· Maintain luxury service standards and exceptional bedside manners
Qualifications
· Licensed NP or PA in the State of Florida
· Minimum 3 -5 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience (required)
· Strong skills with injectables and aesthetic devices
· Strong facial anatomy knowledge and aesthetic eye
· Experience in a high-end cosmetic, dermatology, and wellness practice (preferred)
· Experience in functional medicine and/or regenerative medicine (preferred)
· Strong understanding of metabolic health, nutrition, peptides, hormone optimization and wellness therapies, anti-aging therapies, and diagnostic testing (preferred)
· Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills
· Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and luxury service
