About Us:
We are Casa Hotels Group — a collection of boutique, automated hotels in Miami Beach, operating Casa Ocean, Casa Sofi, Casa Sobe and Casa Collins. Our guests experience the best of hospitality with the ability for a memorable stay in the best Miami Beach locations. All hotels are in South Beach with proximity to each other.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, Front Desk Agent to oversee guest communications and front desk operations. The Front Desk agent is the first point of contact for guests. This is not a traditional front desk role—our hotels are fully automated and provides a balance of traditional hospitality with a modern seamless stay. Whether you are new to the hospitality industry or a seasoned professional, Casa Hotels Group offers a supportive and collaborative work environment that fosters success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Oversee check-ins, check-outs, and reservation related tasks. Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Ensure accurate data entry and maintain an up-to-date reservation system.
Welcome guests in person, by phone or through messaging platforms. Answer incoming phone calls, provide information or assistance as required and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Ensure guest profiles are complete, digital registration is submitted, and all pre-arrival communications (access codes, instructions, local tips) are sent to guests.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest messages, phone calls, and occasional walk-ins
Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
Work closely with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Assist guests with requests, provide local recommendations, directions etc.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including attending to guests, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and completing administrative tasks.
Document any key operational daily occurrences, guest follow ups needed and updates for next shift handover.

Qualifications:

1+ year of hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Quick learner with the ability to navigate new systems.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal and service oriented.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Able to work independently and multitask under pressure
Reliable and organized, with strong attention to detail
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $17.00 per hour
