In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing tailored support and fostering strong relationships. Your energy and communication skills will help manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Duties

Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
Assist in managing customer accounts using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date information.
Support the onboarding process for new clients by guiding them through platform features and answering initial questions.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and provide insights for relationship management strategies.
Analyze customer feedback and engagement data to support data-driven decision making aimed at improving service quality.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues resolved, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless account management.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate information and actively listen to client needs.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Demonstrated interest in sales, customer service, or account management roles within financial services or related industries.
Analytical skills to interpret data for insights that enhance client relationships and service strategies.
