Location: Miami, FL
Employment Type: Part-Time
Start Date: September 2026
Territory: This position covers South Florida, primarily Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. Regular travel throughout the territory is required to visit hospitality venues, retailers, and industry partners.

About Astory

Astory Communications is a Miami-based hospitality marketing and brand partnership agency representing a portfolio of premium and luxury spirits brands. We work closely with restaurants, bars, hotels, retailers, and hospitality partners to grow brand presence through strategic sales, marketing, and partnerships.

We're looking for an energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Representative to help expand our brands throughout the Miami market.

If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and spending your day out in the field rather than behind a desk, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-person account visits to liquor stores, restaurants, bars, hotels, and other hospitality venues.
Introduce and educate buyers on our portfolio of premium spirits brands.
Develop relationships with owners, beverage directors, buyers, and general managers.
Identify new distribution opportunities and secure new accounts.
Follow up with existing accounts to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat orders.
Coordinate tastings and product presentations when appropriate.
Track all meetings, opportunities, and sales activity in the company's CRM.
Provide weekly updates on sales activity, market feedback, and competitor insights.
Represent our brands professionally at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

Previous experience in beverage sales, hospitality, spirits, wine, or food & beverage is preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with cold outreach and door-to-door prospecting.
Highly organized and self-motivated.
Passion for premium brands and hospitality.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Monthly Performance Expectations

Conduct 40–60 in-person account visits
Schedule 8–10 qualified buyer meetings
Open 2–4 new on-premise or off-premise accounts
Maintain 100% CRM accuracy
Submit weekly activity reports every Friday
Attend assigned tastings and industry events
