Brickell, Miami, FL
High-Rise Condominium – The Metropolitan

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a professional and customer service-oriented Concierge Security Officer for a full-time swing shift position at a luxury high-rise condominium in the Brickell area.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization and build a long-term career. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing exceptional service, and understands the importance of creating a safe and welcoming environment.

Pay Rate:

$17.00 per hour.

Schedule:

Full-Time.
Swing Shift (afternoon/evening hours; schedule may vary).

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors.
Provide a high level of customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
Monitor building access and ensure only authorized individuals enter the property.
Manage visitor check-in/check-out procedures.
Answer phones, handle inquiries, and assist residents as needed.
Maintain a professional lobby presence at all times.
Complete incident reports and daily activity logs.
Coordinate with property management and staff when necessary.
Respond to and report any security or safety concerns.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Prior experience in:
- Concierge, front desk, or security roles (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Basic computer skills (emails, logs, visitor systems).
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Active Florida Class D Security License (preferred or required).
