Phase I Environmental Site Assessments are our specialty and what we do best. We've completed over 1,000 of them since 2018 for lenders, investors, property managers, and other consulting firms, and we've been serving the South Florida market . More at saguaconsulting.com.
We're adding a field inspector in the Miami metro area.
