Miami Behavioral Services is a premier Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency that specializes in providing expert behavioral services to children with autism, ADHD, down syndrome, and other developmental diagnoses. Our team consists of highly skilled behavioral analysts (BCBA), assistants (BCaBA), and behavioral technicians (RBT), all of whom are highly trained and licensed to ensure thebest service possible. **Overview**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. This role requires a strong background in administrative tasks, a keen eye for detail, and excellent customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.

- Manage the office calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.

- Assist with office management, including maintaining organized files and records, and coordinating office supplies.

- Utilize Microsoft Suite to manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

- Provide front desk coverage, including directing calls and visitors, and handling general office tasks.

- Perform various clerical duties, such as typing, data entry, and filing documents.

- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

**Requirements**

- High school diploma or superior.

- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

- Native or near-native proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.

- Experience in an administrative or office management role preffered.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

**Compensation**

Hourly pay will begin at $20/Hour with a potential salary increase upon performance review.
