What success looks like

In your first several months, success looks like steady growth in new patients, consistent weekly visit volume, and building the kind of trust that leads to strong retention and referrals. Over your first year, that growth continues alongside your clinical skill, communication, and leadership within the practice.

Compensation

$85,000–$125, ,000 annually, depending on experience and performance. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary plus a percentage of profit sharing — as your ability to attract, convert, retain, and care for patients grows, your earning potential grows with it.

Requirements

Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
Florida State Chiropractic License — required
3+ years of clinical experience (strong new grads may still be considered)
Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (speak, read, and write) required
Strong patient focus, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team

Key responsibilities

Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients
Take diagnostic x-rays and analyze results to locate sources of patients' difficulties and rule out fractures or disease
Educate patients on the quality-of-life benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend a course of treatment
Obtain and record patients' medical histories; maintain accurate and timely patient records
Build positive doctor-patient relationships
Manage and oversee office staff as needed
