Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Canva, AI Platforms, and AI Tools.
Manage daily social media activities to ensure consistent posting and timely responses.
Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activity for informed content planning.
Optimize content for SEO by integrating relevant keywords and hashtags to increase visibility and reach.
Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics using Google Analytics, Web Analytics tools, and marketing online analytics to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.
Collaborate with the business development team to enhance brand reputation through media outreach, influencer partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels while proofreading content for accuracy, clarity, and tone.
Foster strong relationships with followers, partners, and influencers to expand the brand’s online footprint through relationship management strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management combined with content creation expertise across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in graphic design tools.
Strong understanding of social media marketing principles including SEO, social listening, branding, and media performance analytics.
Familiarity with digital marketing performance monitoring tools like Google Analytics and Web Analytics applications.
Experience managing social media scheduling tools effectively.
