Full Job Description

We're a vertically integrated property management firm dedicated to providing high-quality service to our team members, residents, and investors. With a growing portfolio and a strong commitment to excellence, we are looking for a seasoned Regional Property Manager to oversee operations across multiple communities within our south Florida region.

Job Summary:
The Regional Property Manager will be responsible for the overall performance, operations, and financial results of a portfolio of properties. This individual will lead and support on-site teams, ensure consistent property standards, and drive strategies for occupancy, resident satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of a regional portfolio of communities.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to on-site property managers and leasing teams.
Develop and manage annual budgets; monitor financial performance and drive revenue growth.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular site visits to evaluate property conditions and team performance.
Collaborate with maintenance, marketing, and leasing teams to meet occupancy goals.
Recruit, train, and evaluate property staff; foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
Serve as the main point of contact between property sites and corporate leadership.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in property management, with at least 5 years in a regional role.
Strong understanding of property management systems (e.g., Entrata)
Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze financial reports, budgets, and market trends.
Experience with fair housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
CPM, CAM, or other industry certifications a plus.
