Senior Property Manager | Operations & Executive Support

Location: Miami-Dade, FL
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Compensation: $900–$1,200 per week (based on experience)

About Us

Founded 1954 LLC owns and manages a growing portfolio of single-family rental homes throughout Miami-Dade. We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our team in a role that combines Property Management, Operations, and Executive Support.

This is not a traditional Property Manager position. The person we hire will become a trusted partner in the day-to-day operation of our business, working directly with the Founder to help keep everything running smoothly.

This role is built on trust. We’re looking for someone we can rely on to manage our properties, support daily operations, handle confidential information with discretion, and represent our company with professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.

About the Role

You’ll oversee a portfolio of approximately 30 single-family rental homes while helping coordinate the day-to-day operations of a growing business.

No two days are exactly alike. One day you may be showing a property, coordinating repairs, and resolving tenant concerns. The next, you may be reviewing invoices, working with vendors, assisting with operational priorities, or supporting the Founder with projects that help move the business forward.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and helping a business succeed.

If you’re looking for a position with narrowly defined responsibilities or constant direction, this role probably isn’t the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of single-family rental properties throughout Miami-Dade.
Coordinate leasing, renewals, property showings, and tenant move-ins.
Collect rent and follow up on delinquent accounts.
Respond to tenant concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and property turnovers.
Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, HOAs, insurance companies, and other service providers.
Assist with permits, taxes, compliance requirements, and property documentation.
Monitor expenses and help maintain efficient day-to-day operations.
Support the Founder with operational priorities, administrative coordination, and special projects whenever needed.

As a growing business, responsibilities may evolve over time. We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, adapts quickly, and is willing to step in wherever needed to help the business succeed.

What We’re Looking For - The ideal candidate has:

6+ years of experience managing residential rental properties.
Experience managing single-family rental homes is strongly preferred.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout Miami-Dade.
Experience using Buildium, AppFolio, or similar property management software.
Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

This role requires handling confidential financial, operational, and property-related information belonging to both ownership and clients. Integrity, discretion, and professionalism are essential.
