At B3 Physical Therapy, we do things differently. We provide elite, 1:1 care exclusively led by Doctors of Physical Therapy—no rehab techs running treatment sessions, no assembly-line care. We believe in high-value patient experiences, deep clinical excellence, and absolute transparency, a commitment evidenced by our 5-star rating across over 320 verified patient reviews.
Because we invest heavily in our patients, we invest just as heavily in our team. We are looking for our next Patient Care Coordinator & Leadership Fellow—a role specifically designed for a driven, detail-oriented pre-physical therapy student or aspiring healthcare executive who wants to master both the clinical and business sides of a private practice.
The Opportunity:
Most pre-PT students spend years just wiping down tables and changing pillowcases. While you will spend time in the back supporting our clinical flow, this hybrid role bridges the gap between patient care and practice management.
You will sit at the front lines of our patient experience, learning the exact metrics, scheduling strategies, and communication tools that keep a boutique healthcare practice thriving. If your goal is to get into a top PT program, become a clinic director, or eventually open your own practice, this is your masterclass.
What You’ll Do:
- The Front Lines (Patient Care Coordinator): Own the front-of-house operations. You will welcome patients, manage schedule density, maximize patient arrival rates, track administrative metrics, and confidently handle phone inquiries to convert leads into lifelong patients.
- The Back Lines (Rehab Technician): Maintain absolute clinical flow. You will manage clinic organization, prepare treatment spaces, and support our Doctors of Physical Therapy to ensure a seamless, 5-star patient experience.
- The Business Lab: Learn the fundamentals of boutique healthcare administration, patient retention, and practice growth metrics.
Who You Are:
- A Future Leader: You are actively pursuing or have completed a degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Pre-Health, or a related field, with plans to attend graduate school (PT/OT/MHA).
- Obsessively Organized: You don’t let things drop. You notice the small details, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love solving the puzzle of a busy calendar.
- A Dynamic Communicator: You possess infectious positive energy. You are comfortable on the phone, love connecting with people, and can confidently handle difficult conversations or objections with empathy and grit.
- Highly Reliable: You understand that punctuality and consistency are the foundation of trust in a clinical setting.
The Launchpad Perks:
We don’t just expect hard work; we reward it by actively investing in your future legal and professional success:
- The Ultimate Letter of Recommendation: A highly detailed, comprehensive letter from a Doctor of Physical Therapy highlighting your clinical grit and administrative leadership—the exact combo that makes top PT school applications stand out.
- PT School Prep: 1:1 essay reviews, application strategy sessions, and mock interviews with our clinical team.
- Real Business Mentorship: Direct experience tracking practice health, schedule optimization, and communication strategies that they will never teach you in graduate school.
- Compensation: $17.00 – $21.00/hour (Base pay starting at $17-$19/hr depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives and bonuses).
