Internships and Part-Time Positions Fall 2025

Seeking Mature /Responsible junior, senior or graduate students with creative and technical skills, detail oriented with ability to problem solve.
FWA Virtual Museum and Physical Exhibit Curation
Assist with coordinating exhibit content for
the FWA Virtual Museum and FWA Photographic Documentary exhibit.
Experience/Responsibilities
•Passion for history and collection curation
•Organizational skills
•Writing skills
•Review and curate materials for the museum collection and virtual museum including
photographs, video recordings, and interviews
•Work with the gallery/museum committee
Current projects include:
- FWA Photographic Documentary, which has been shown at over 60 venues including The
US Senate Russell Rotunda, The Florida Governor's Mansion, and The HistoryMiami
Museum is currently working with a search committee to find a permanent home for the FWA
Photographic Documentary, where it can be permanently housed and available for
community showings.
- Website/Virtual Museum: With FWA’s goal to reach an expansive audience, the FWA
website is being redesigned and augmented to include educational and mentoring
presentations. We are currently working on curating and editing our recorded lecture series
and interviews as well as updating biographical information for the photographic
documentary. The archive’s goal is to preserve Women’s History by presenting historical
references and a wealth of guidance from these inspirational role model presentations. This
online portal will chronicle new leaders and those featured over the last three decades in
a platform that gives viewers a sense of history and insights into personal journeys of
opportunities and challenges.
