Job Summary

Lars Courier, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to company leadership and internal departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for managers and executives.
Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and business documents.
Maintain electronic files, databases, and company records.
Coordinate virtual meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
Perform accurate data entry and assist with document management.
Conduct online research and compile information for various projects.
Assist with travel arrangements, scheduling, and expense tracking.
Support logistics and operations teams with administrative tasks.
Track project deadlines and follow up on outstanding assignments.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Minimum of one year of administrative, office support, or virtual assistant experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Professional and customer-focused attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience supporting executives or operations teams.
Familiarity with logistics, transportation, or courier industry operations.
Experience using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, Trello, Asana, or similar collaboration tools.
Basic bookkeeping and expense reporting experience.
Previous remote work experience.
