We have a full-time career opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in supporting the Sales organization by coordinating projects, managing customer and product information, and ensuring seamless communication across internal departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and has excellent organizational and communication skills.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Support the Sales Team with day-to-day activities and special projects.
Prepare customer presentations, sales materials, quotations, and project documentation.
Coordinate private label projects, specification requests, packaging updates, and customer-specific initiatives.
Manage assigned projects from initiation through completion while ensuring deadlines are met.
Gather, maintain, and validate SKU data to ensure all product information is complete and accurate before item setup.
Maintain project schedules and milestone tracking to ensure timely execution.
Manage incoming and outgoing communication with internal teams and external customers.
Assist with new item setup, product launches, and customer onboarding.
Generate sales reports, analyze data, and provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
Coordinate meetings, maintain sales documentation, and organize customer information.
Perform additional administrative and special projects as assigned.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Comparable work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in sales support, project coordination, customer service, or a related role.
Experience working with retail, wholesale, or consumer products is preferred.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with ERP systems, CRM software, or retailer portals is a plus.
