We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. While automotive experience is not required, a proven track record of success in sales (any industry) is necessary. Whether you have experience in retail, cellular sales, real estate, hospitality, or customer service, we will give you the tools to succeed in the car business.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the car buying process, from initial contact to final sale
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory and vehicle features
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (any industry)
- Fluency in spanish
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- One day off per week (Sunday)
Compensation
- Annual earnings range: $60,000 – $125,000
