Job Description

Upscale Urgent Care Center Located in Miami Beach and Aventura is currently seeking a dynamic front desk representative to greet patients and assist with verifying commercial insurances as well as authorizations from workers comp insurances, answer calls, assist patients, fax and email paperwork and other clerical duties) prepare forms (electronic and paper base), work with electronic medical records, collect patient co-payments, etc.

We are seeking several friendly,dynamic person and able to multitask, highly customer service oriented individuals for Full Time Front Desk Customer Service positions.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Must be computer literate and extremely dependable. Knowledge of workers comp insurance and experienced with electronic medical records is also a plus. Previous experience in a medical practice/doctor's office is preferred. Must be flexible in schedule, some evenings and weekends may be required. ECW experience a plus. Must be available to work In Miami Beach and Aventura.

12 hour shifts, some short shifts and sometimes overtime.

Requirements:

Must be presentable, personable, extremely well organized and posses excellent communication.
