What You’ll Do as a Human Resources Assistant

Support day-to-day HR operations with accuracy and professionalism
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
Maintain confidential employee records and handle sensitive information with discretion
Help coordinate training, events, and internal communications
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and responding to employee questions
Serve as a friendly, reliable resource for employee questions and support
Create fun, engaging internal marketing materials to promote HR initiatives and employee programs
Support employee engagement efforts, helping foster a positive and connected workplace
Provide backup support to other departments as needed to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements:

A college degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
2-3 years human resources experience or excellent customer service
Bilingual with English and Spanish is a plus
