Field Superintendent – Residential Roofing

Join Our Team!

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and career-minded Field Superintendent to lead one of our Residential Roofing Crews. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who takes pride in delivering quality work, leading the crew, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

As our Field Superintendent, you will oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish, coordinating the crew, managing schedules, maintaining quality control, and serving as a key point of communication between the office, customers, and field personnel.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage residential roofing projects from start to completion.
Coordinate and supervise roofing crews and subcontractors.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within company quality standards.
Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, office staff, and homeowners.
Conduct job site inspections and resolve issues as they arise.
Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Field Superintendent or similar leadership role in residential roofing.
Strong working knowledge of asphalt shingle and metal roofing systems is required.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Valid, clean driver's license required.

Schedule

Full-time position
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional evenings and weekends may be required, but are not common.
