Full Job Description

Position Title: Provider Relations Coordinator

Position Summary:

This role supports strong partnerships with providers by facilitating onboarding, addressing questions and concerns, and ensuring ongoing quality and compliance standards. The role works closely with internal teams to coordinate placements, manage provider capacity, and contribute to audits, site visits, and performance improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate provider onboarding and credentialing processes.
Serve as first-line contact for provider inquiries and issue resolution.
Support provider audits, site visits, and performance reviews.
Assist with training, communication, and engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with Residential Living Settings on placement coordination and provider capacity.
Supports Residential Living Services coordinator and Provider Relations Manager.
Must be able to travel to offsite assignments.
Supports achievement of Agency Mission, Vision and reflects its Values in work behavior.
Performs all other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED required
Minium of one year of related experience in data entry in a healthcare setting preferred.

Required Skills:

Possess the interpersonal skills and professionalism needed to effectively engage with co-workers, the public and assist providers.
Flexible and adaptable in various situations and when interacting with many different personalities.
Detailed-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
Ability to analyze and diagnose problems and work independently to solve them.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
