Job Purpose/Summary

The Foreclosure Timeline & Performance Specialist ensures vendors and internal departments remain aligned on deadlines, performance expectations, milestones, and quality standards. This role monitors vendor performance for compliance, DBIC milestones, and established quality measures, and reports or escalates delays and other concerns to the appropriate parties as needed for each foreclosure case.

Duties and responsibilities

· Serve as the primary liaison for attorney firms regarding foreclosure processes, expectations, and procedural changes.

Maintain regular communication with attorney firms, providing feedback, direction, and guidance as needed.

Conduct recurring performance calls with attorney firms to review performance results, discuss open issues, confirm action items, and reinforce expectations.

Review and approve all pre-referral checklists before loans are referred to foreclosure.

Coordinate with internal departments, including Loss Mitigation, Bankruptcy, and Litigation, to support the foreclosure process and resolve issues timely.

Partner with vendors and internal business units to remove obstacles, meet deadlines, and ensure timely completion of required tasks.

Support the issuance of Performance Improvement Plans when vendors do not meet established performance metrics or quality standards.

Respond timely to email and phone inquiries from foreclosure attorneys and provide requested information.

Work collaboratively in a team environment while independently completing assigned tasks with minimal assistance.

Proactively identify issues, risks, or delays that may require escalation.

Qualifications

Education

High school education or equivalent required

Experience/Training

2-5 years' experience in foreclosure preferred

2 years' experience in compliance; foreclosure compliance preferred

Skills and Abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills
time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
Analytical and critical thinking skills for issue resolution and escalation
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Working knowledge of BKFS
Professional judgment in decision‑making affecting timelines, compliance, and vendor relationships
