About this Role:

We're looking for an organized, people-focused Human Resources Generalist to help drive an exceptional employee experience from recruitment and onboarding through development, payroll, benefits, and beyond. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact on both employees and the business. You'll be a trusted resource for our team while helping shape and support key HR initiatives across the organization.

In the role you will:

Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate coordination, and interviewing onboarding
Lead the onboarding experience for new hires, coordinating pre-employment screenings, HR system setup, employment documentation, and new employee orientation to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition into the organization
Serve as a key point of contact for employees regarding benefits, leave, payroll, and HR-related questions
Manage employee records, HR systems, and personnel documentation
Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure accurate timekeeping, PTO, and employee reimbursements
Coordinate employee communications, recognition programs, and company events
Support training, professional development, certifications, and compliance initiatives
Administer performance review programs and employee lifecycle processes
Assist with employee offboarding, exit interviews, and termination procedures
Partner with leadership to ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant, and employee-focused

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
3+ years of Human Resources experience
Payroll administration experience preferred
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; Paylocity experience is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
